Charging Dock

Is your iPhone 4S charging dock malfunctioning or not working at all? If you can't establish a connection via USB cable, the charging dock port of the iPhone 4S might be the problem. You will be replacing the iPhone 4S charging dock flex cable so you can use your iPhone to charge and sync again. Note that the microphone for the iPhone 4S is also attached, if you are encountering problems with the microphone you will also need to replace the charging dock.
